Step 1<\/strong>: Navigate to Return Page > Click the “Customize” button.<\/p>\r\n

Step 2<\/strong>: Add the theme and styles<\/p>\r\n

a. Add background and logo\ud83c\udfa8<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

  • On the left bar > Choose Theme & Styles<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • Click on Background or Logo to upload your image (Image size should be under 2 MB)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • The format should be JPG, PNG, or GIF.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • Our recommended dimension for the Background image is 1400 x 900 px and for the Logo image is 600 x 96 px.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • If you are satisfied with the image, click “Save”. The image will be seen on the right of the screen in the Preview tab.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Add a logo and a background<\/p>\r\n

      b. Add marketing assets<\/h4>\r\n

      \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

      On your return page, you can promote up to 3 products. Here\u2019s what you need to keep in mind while adding marketing assets:<\/p>\r\n

      \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n
      • Image size should be under 2 MB, and the format can be JPG, PNG, or GIF. The recommended dimension is 600 x 600px.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      • If you are satisfied with the image, click “Save”. The image will be seen on the right of the screen in the Preview tab. Please note that it will also be live on your return page.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      • If you want to change the image, click on the image and choose another file.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      • You can also add a destination URL for each marketing asset to redirect your store visitors to the correct product page.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

        c. Change styles<\/h4>\r\n

        You can change the body font for your return page and choose it from the menu.<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

        You can easily change the color concerning buttons, and body text links.<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

        Change font and style that you want.<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

        Click “Save” on the top right of the screen to save your changes.<\/p>\r\n

        Check the live preview to view how your return page will turn out.<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

        Step 3<\/strong>: Add the link<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

        a. Add the footer<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

        \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

        The footer comprises 2 sections:<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

          \r\n
        • Contact<\/strong>: If you have social pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, you can connect them by adding their respective URLs<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
        • Page links<\/strong>: If you have Contact Us, Terms page, and Privacy that you want your store visitors to go through, add their respective URLs in the given fields<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

          Add page and links<\/p>\r\n

          b. Add the policy<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

          AddYou can add a summary return policy (255 characters) on the return page. You can also link to your store\u2019s full policy by adding the custom URL.<\/p>\r\n

          \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

          Customers will be redirected to the URL you set when clicking “View full policy”<\/p>\r\n

          Step 4:<\/strong> Add the translation<\/p>\r\n

          \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

          There are two customer translation options: Manual translation and Google Translate extension.<\/p>\r\n

          \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

          a. Manual translation<\/h4>\r\n

          \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

          Customers can change the title of the list to meet their needs. We provided a list of the above 60 fields. Please click the “Save” button to save your changes.<\/p>\r\n

          Manual Translation.<\/p>\r\n

          Besides, they can also choose the language they want by selecting the language in the select field and hidden or appearing language selection in the portal.<\/p>\r\n

          b. Google Translate extension<\/h4>\r\n

          Customers can also choose the Translate extension of Google by enabling it and selecting the position of this extension.<\/p>\r\n
