This guide will walk you through the process of setting up shipping carriers and integrating your shipping accounts within our return management system. There are two methods to achieve this: direct connection and approval-based connection.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Step 1: Enable Ship Prepaid Label<\/h2>\n

  • Navigate to \u201cSettings\u201d in your dashboard.<\/li>\n
  • Select \u201cReturn\/Exchange Flow\u201d.<\/li>\n
  • Find the \u201cReturn Method\u201d section<\/li>\n
  • Enable the \u201cShip Prepaid Label\u201d option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Click button\u00a0Sync from Shopify<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Create new<\/strong>\u00a0to add warehouse manually<\/p>\n

    Ensure that all fields of this address exactly match the address in your logistics carrier account. This includes:<\/p>\n

    • Company name<\/li>\n
    • Street address (line 1 and line 2 if applicable)<\/li>\n
    • City<\/li>\n
    • State\/Province<\/li>\n
    • Postal\/ZIP code<\/li>\n
    • Country<\/li>\n
    • Phone number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/span>Step 3: Connect Logistics<\/h2>\n

      Go back to \u201cSettings\u201d.<\/p>\n

      Look for and select \u201cLogistics<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

      Choose the carrier you want to integrate (e.g., FedEx, Australia Post, EasyPost, Shiprocket, Shippo)<\/p>\n

      Follow the prompts to enter your account credentials for the selected carrier.<\/p>\n

      • If you receive errors when trying to create a label for a return request, first check the address matching:\n
          \n
        1. Compare each field of the address in our system with your carrier account.<\/li>\n
        2. Look for any differences in spelling, punctuation, or formatting.<\/li>\n
        3. Update any mismatched fields in our system to exactly match your carrier account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Exact address matching is critical. Even minor discrepancies can cause label creation errors.<\/li>\n
          • Regularly verify that your address information remains consistent between our system and your carrier account.<\/li>\n
          • If you update your address with the carrier, remember to update it in our system as well.<\/li>\n
