Step 1: Obtain Your API Key<\/h2>\n
To check your API key for integration, kindly follow the below-mentioned steps:<\/p>\n

Login to your iThink logistics dashboard and click on the settings icon.<\/li>\n
The drop-down in the image given below will be displayed. You can find multiple options there. Now click on the API key option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/figure>\n

The following screen in the image given below will be displayed. You can find multiple options there.<\/p>\n

\u00a0There will be an API key for the integration<\/li>\n
\u00a0There are URL data for API integration<\/li>\n
\u00a0A secret key will be given, which is also needed for API integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Note:\u00a0<\/strong>You can copy the respective data with a single click to use this information. You Can do it by clicking on the copy button beside each box.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n

You will also receive detailed API documentation for the integration process. Click on the link to download. It will open the documentation for ithink logistics API integration.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Step 2: Connecting Your Account<\/h2>\n
Once you have your API Key:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n

Log in to your Synctrack Returns dashboard.<\/li>\n
Navigate to the \u201cSettings\u201d section > \u201cLogistics\u201d tab<\/li>\n
Look for the iThink integration option and click \u201cConnect\u201d or \u201cSet up\u201d.<\/li>\n
You\u2019ll be prompted to enter your API Key. Paste the key you received into this field.<\/li>\n
Click \u201cConnect\u201d to establish the connection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/span>Step 3: Configure Settings<\/h2>\n
<\/p>\n
After connecting:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\n
Set your default package sizes and types.<\/li>\n
Make sure method \u201cShip with pre-paid lable\u201d is enabled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/picture><\/figure>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/span>Step 4: Test the Connection<\/h2>\n
Before going live:<\/p>\n

Create a test return request on return page<\/li>\n
Choose \u201cShip pre-paid label\u201d for return method (This method is only displayed on return page if you enable it in the app as the step above mentioned)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/figure>\n

Submit request<\/li>\n
Go into the app, open this request at tab \u201cReturn management\u201d<\/li>\n
Click to approve the request & Select the appropriate shipping carrier if prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Verify that the label is created correctly and contains accurate information.<\/li>\n
