Follow these steps to activate Shopify Sync<\/p>\n

Open the Synctrack Returns & Exchanges App > Settings > Return\/ Exchange flow > Configuration<\/p>\n

<\/span>How does Shopify Sync work?<\/h1>\n

<\/span>Important note<\/h2>\n

  • Shopify Sync feature must be enabled in your Synctrack account<\/li>\n
  • Only orders created after enabling Shopify Sync will be synchronized<\/li>\n
  • The refund function still works by being synced to Shopify admin as refunded without enabling the Shopify sync feature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/span>Return Creation<\/h2>\n

    When a customer creates a return request:<\/p>\n

    • The return appears immediately in both Synctrack and Shopify<\/li>\n
    • Synctrack Status: \u201cPending Approval<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n
    • Shopify Admin Status: \u201cReturn in Progress<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/span>Return requests created in Synctrack Returns are automatically synced to Shopify with tag<\/h2>\n
