Activating the option to issue refunds to store credits for customers on the returns portal is pretty straightforward. It can be done under Settings &gt; Refund resolutions in Synctrack Returns &amp; Exchanges admin.<\/p>\n<p>This is the video that instructs on how to refund to Gift Card by issuing a gift card:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">https:\/\/cdn.iframe.ly\/OMaVXqw<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<h3 id=\"enable-refund-to-gift-card\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"Enable_Refund_to_Gift_Card\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span>Enable Refund to Gift Card<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to\u00a0<strong>Refund Resolutions<\/strong>\u00a0under Settings in the Synctrack Returns &amp; Exchanges app.<\/li>\n<li>Shift the toggle to the right for\u00a0<strong>Refund to Gift Card<\/strong>\u00a0and add a small preview text (Description) to give extra information on the resolution method.<\/li>\n<li>The customers can be encouraged to choose this method by being added a bonus credit and the price will be refunded by the gift card to use the next order. Shopify stores without permission to read and write gift cards generated in Synctrack Returns &amp; Exchanges will get an error issuing a gift card on the Returns detail page while issuing a gift card.
