This feature allows merchants to manually create and manage return and exchange requests directly from their dashboard, streamlining the process for both merchants and customers.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Accessing the Feature<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Log in to your merchant dashboard.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the Management tab<\/li>\n
  3. Look for and click on \u201cCreate Return\/Exchange Request.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Creating a Return Request<\/h2>\n

    <\/span>Step 1: Search for the Order<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. In the search bar at the top of the page, enter either:\n
        \n
      • Order number, or<\/li>\n
      • Customer\u2019s email address<\/li>\n
      • Phone number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        2. As you type, you may see suggestions appear. You can select one of these or complete your entry.<\/p>\n

        <\/span>Step 2: Select Items for Return<\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. You\u2019ll see a list of products from the order. Each row shows:\n
            \n
          • Product name<\/li>\n
          • Price<\/li>\n
          • Quantity<\/li>\n
          • Reason (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • For each item to be returned:\n
              \n
            • Enter the quantity in the \u201cQuantity\u201d field.<\/li>\n
            • The row will be highlighted when a quantity greater than 0 is entered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              <\/span>Step 3: Choose Return Method and Resolution<\/h3>\n
                \n
              1. Under \u201cRefund Method,\u201d select one of the following:\n
                  \n
                • Refund to Original Payment Method<\/li>\n
                • Store Credit<\/li>\n
                • Gift Card<\/li>\n
                • Exchange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Note: Some options may be unavailable depending on your plan. ]<\/li>\n

                • Under \u201cResolution,\u201d choose how the return will be processed:\n
                    \n
                  • Ship with any carrier<\/li>\n
                  • Print a label<\/li>\n
                  • Refund without return<\/li>\n
                  • Exchange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Note: As with refund methods, some options may require a plan upgrade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    <\/span>Step 4: Add Notes (Optional)<\/h3>\n

                    If needed, add any additional information or instructions in the \u201cNote\u201d field.<\/p>\n

                    <\/span>Step 5: Submit the Return Request<\/h3>\n

                    1. Review all entered information for accuracy.<\/li>\n
                    2. Click \u201cCreate Return\u201d at the bottom of the summary section.<\/li>\n
                    3. The request will be created and set to \u201cpending approval\u201d status.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      <\/span>Creating an Exchange Request<\/h2>\n

                      <\/span>Steps 1-2: Search and Select Items<\/h3>\n

                      Follow the same process as for returns to search for the order and select items.<\/p>\n

                      <\/span>Step 3: Add Exchange Items<\/h3>\n

                      1. Click \u201cAdd Product \u201d for each item to be exchanged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        2. You\u2019ll see three options:<\/p>\n

                        • Exchange for the same product<\/li>\n
                        • Exchange for another variant<\/li>\n
                        • Exchange for a different product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          3. Select the appropriate option and follow the prompts to choose the exchange item.<\/p>\n
