Click on Shipments from the left navigation sidebar. The Shipment Board provides a clean, at-a-glance overview of all your orders. You can quickly see which orders are in transit, delivered, or still pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Understand Delivery Statuses of Shipments<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n We make it easy to filter and search for specific orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Filter by order status: Click on the status your want to filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Filter by date: Click on \u201cLast 30 days\u201d button to customize the date filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Click on the shipment that you want more information about. A detailed view of that order will appear on the scream as shown in the screenshot below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each section of this page provides unique information. We will explore each component of this page in this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can view the different processing stages that an order has gone through. This includes information on the order’s shipping status, starting from Pending mode, then progressing to In Transit, Out for Delivery, and ultimately to Delivered. For the real time update of the shipment status, click on the Resync button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Order\/ Customer info<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You can also access additional order information and customer details within the shipment management board. This includes vital information such as order number, shipping address, customer name, and contact information.
