INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Members & Permissions<\/strong> new feature in Synctrack Returns<\/strong> enables store and merchant admins to delegate order-management responsibilities to designated staff members\u2014without compromising security or visibility. By leveraging role-based access, you can ensure each team member has the exact level of authority they need to execute returns and exchanges, export order data, and update inventory statuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MERCHANT SETUP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 1: Add a New Member<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Settings > Members & Permissions<\/strong> in the Synctrack Returns admin console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Add Member<\/strong> to open the user-creation panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 2: Set Up Staff Credentials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Name<\/strong>: Enter the name of the staff member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
